📦 Return & Exchange Policy

At Make Tees Happen, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any orders, including custom or non-custom items.


✅ Exchanges Only
We only offer an exchange if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To qualify for an exchange:
1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
3. You must ship the item back to us first. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the replacement.


❌ No Refunds
• No refunds for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer error.
• No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized products (names, numbers, logos, photos, etc.).
• Please check the size chart before ordering. We are not responsible for sizing issues.


🚚 Shipping Costs
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• If the mistake was on our end (wrong item or defect), we cover shipping for the replacement.


📸 Proof Required
You may be asked to email photos of the issue before sending anything back.
